Kindly ensure your presence at the hotel lobby or your chosen pick-up location 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
We Recommend:
- Wearing flip-flops for comfortable sand strolls.
- Applying sunscreen or sunblock for sun protection.
- Bringing a traditional scarf or bandana, ideal for photoshoots.
- Items of high value or those that are irreplaceable.
- Objects that should remain clean.
Please note, we cannot be held accountable for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen.
If your group consists of five or fewer people, you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance without a fee. For groups of six to nine, a 48-hour notice is required, while parties of ten or more need to cancel at least 72 hours ahead. Cancellations within these time frames won’t result in any charges. However, cancelling after these periods will lead to a 50% fee based on the tour price per person. Failing to show up at the time of the tour will result in a full charge of the tour cost per person. Please note, once the tour starts, refunds cannot be provided.
Know Before You Go
- Individuals with back, neck, or knee injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancies, or infants are not permitted.
- It's mandatory to follow the convoy guide's instructions during the dune buggy ride.
- You must have an original document with you, such as a Passport, Driving License, or ID Card.
- Please thoroughly review the agreement content before signing and proceeding with the buggy session.
- Our company is not liable for any damage to quad bikes or buggies during your session.
- The minimum age requirement for riding is 15 years.
